DAY ONE

Today is DAY ONE in the journey! I have done all the prep work that my doctor asked me to do! I was to FAT LOAD for 3 days prior to day 1. Day 1 & 2 of the journey is also 'Fat Loading' days! However, I have started the drops under the tongue & drinking the detox water!! Plus the Fish Oil for day 1&2 (this stuff is SO yummy) It tastes like lemon meringue pie!! We will be going to WoodRanch BBQ and Grill tonight so I can enjoy a fatty dinner (smashed sweet potatoes) and those yummy garlic bread rolls!

I must say... I am VERY tired and sluggish! This is probably from eating so much crappy food! My body is feeling bloated and ready for a DETOX!! Friday will be the 1st real hard day! So... I guess I should enjoy eating all the 'bad' stuff!!!

This is a life changing process and I will need to re-organize many things in my life to be a success. I must start each day in the word of God (bible) and pray for him to give me the strength and dedication to do this process 100%!!

Today I read Proverbs 28: 25-26
"A greedy man stirs up dissension, but he who trusts in the Lord will prosper. He who trusts in himself is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom is kept safe."

This was a perfect scripture for me start my journey! I know that God is in control and through his strength I will prosper in many ways!!

I hope to share all my achievements and struggles along the way!! I am not going to HIDE anything! I weighted in at 208 pounds yesterday, and I fall on the obese category. This is something that WILL change! I am consulting a Doctor and following her plan!
