WOW... I have been doing this for 30 days! CRAZY! And today was the WORST day so far!! I was doing fine till I had lunch. I made flounder for the first time! YUCK - YUCK - YUCK!!!! It was torture to have to eat it. I was gagging and pinching my nose so I wouldn't taste it. Some might be asking... "Why did you keep eating it?" Well, my rules state that ONE protien and ONE veggie at a sitting. I have already started eating this which means... I had to finish. I actually couldn't eat it all! So I had a little extra strawberries tonight to make up the calories!!
I was SO hungry by dinner because I had only 124 calories ALL day. I almost had the shakes. This was ALL due to the NASTY Flounder.
But I am feeling much better now! I am sleepy and ready for bed! Oh... I weighted in today at 180.5...AHHHHHHHHHHHHH I am SO close to the 170's!! Hopefully in the AM, but just my luck I will be 180

Just from your description I think I may never ever be able to eat flounder.
